About Our Church

Clear Creek Baptist Church has been serving the Fort Cavazos, Kempner and Copperas Cove area for over 150 years. As a local Body of Christ, we are committed to carrying out the two great commandments given to us by Jesus in Matthew 22-37-39, "And he said to him, You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and soul and with your mind."  This is the great and first commandment. And the second is like it: "You shall love your neighbor and yourself." To put it simply, we want to have as our top priorities to love God and to love people.

Clear Creek Baptist Church recognizes that God is a Triune God or Trinity, consisting of God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. We serve to teach Biblical doctrine about all three members of the Trinity, so that people will have a balanced understanding of the Triune God.

Clear Creek Baptist Church does not emphasize or teach denominational doctrine, but instead strives to teach Biblical doctrine and theology.
